This department, headed by Adv. Sharon Shefer, deals with complex claims filed pursuant to incidents that cause massive environmental problems, as well as claims filed following gas explosions which caused severe damage.
In recent years there were two incidents whereby petrol leakage into a nature reserve led to Class Actions against the Company responsible for the seepage. In these cases the team is involved mainly in coverage issues and monitoring the defence of the Insured.
Adv. Shefer has become a well-known expert in handling claims resulting from gas explosions and especially in finding creative solutions for the benefit of all.
