As the Manager of the P&I department of the firm, Dror and his team are involved in cases of attorneys, engineers and accountants. The P&I department includes 3 partners and several Associates.
Dror is a very sought after as a defence lawyer mainly in professional cases involving accountants. Dror had several successes in this area where he managed to strike out the claims in limine at their very early stages. Dror’s team is also involved in monitoring P&I claims on behalf of foreign and local Insurers.
Dror is also well known as a great litigator of attorneys in P&I claims including of architects and engineers.
Another team headed by Dror handles Commercial Fidelity claims, whereby the main task is to obtain as much information as possible from the embezzler in the early stages of the claim prior to the start of legal proceedings.
Dror heads another team involved in property, C.A.R. and loss of profits claims.
