Our D&O team is headed by Adv. Moshe Abady, alongside Adv. Yael Navon and Adv. Addy Margalit.

The team is involved in various aspects of D&O Liability claims, acting as monitoring counsels, as coverage counsels and in some specific cases – as defence attorneys for Insurers.

Over the years, the team was involved in many of the major D&O cases in Israel, both in and out of court, including cases involving multiple jurisdictions.

The team members often lecture in Israel and abroad on issues relating to D&O Insurance issues.

Adv. Moshe Abady

Senior Partner

Moshe heads the D&O Liability Department. Moshe represents the insurance market in complex D&O claims including coverage issues, monitoring and representation of insurer’s interests in litigation concerning coverage issues. Moshe specializes in Aviation Insurance with particular expertise in disputes concerning the Montreal Convention, cargo claims, subrogation claims and provides consultations to air carriers.

Partner

Yael is a Partner in the firm. Her activities within the firm involve various fields including Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, D&O liability claims and reinsurance disputes, Warranty and Indemnity Insurance and Cyber Liability Insurance.

Addy’s activities within the firm include advising both local insurers and foreign insurers on various insurance matters, including D&O claims, BBB claims, PI of financial institutions, provident funds and hi-tech companies.

In the past fifteen years, Ronit has specialized in insurance disputes.
