Practice Areas: Head of Subrogation Department Oded heads the Real Estate transactions in the firm. Oded is member of the Insurtech team – acting as an advisor to Start Ups in the Israeli Insurtech Accelerator. Oded also holds two roles in the firm. His responsibilities include updates of all safety measures required both digital and physical to ensure maximum protection. He lectures quarterly to the firm’s staff about digital safety. Oded is responsible to comply with all clients’ requirements regarding Risk Management including adherence to the advice of an outside consultant. In his capacity as the head of the Subrogation Dept., Oded is responsible for all subrogation litigation for our clients and Insurers, local and foreign.

Consultant to C.H.C. – claims handling company – regarding questions of reserve and settlements.
