Professional Liability

Our firm’s Professional Liability department is headed by Adv. Dror Zamir, and is divided into two teams:

(a) Monitoring team headed by Adv. Hadas Adler, who renders monitoring services on behalf of Insurers in cases of Professional Liability claims, mainly against Attorneys, Accountants and Engineers.

(b) Litigation team headed by Dror Zamir, who is appointed by Insurers to act as defence attorney on behalf of the Insureds, such as Attorneys, Accountants and Investment Consultants.

As part of its litigation activities, the members of the team are involved in mediation, arbitration and court trials.

The team has won several important cases in the Israeli Courts.

Adv. Zamir often lectures to members of the Israeli Bar and Israeli Insurance companies regarding Professional Liability cases.

Adv. Sharon Shefer

Sharon heads the Jewelers’ Block Insurance Department and the Energy, Oil and Gas Department. Sharon currently acts for Insurers of the oil and gas industry in some of the largest claims submitted in Israel, mainly gas explosions, accidents etc. Sharon worked for several months during her training period in the London Market, and has served this market and the German market since 1997.

Our law firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance law in Israel, was established in 1981 by Adv. Rachel Levitan, and is at the top of the leading firms in this field.
