Prevention of Noise
2. A person shall not cause any massive or unreasonable noise, from any source whatsoever, if the noise is difficult to deal with or likely to agitate a person in the area or a person passing by.
Prevention of Odor
3. . A person shall not cause any massive or unreasonable odor, from any source whatsoever, if the odor is difficult to deal with or likely to agitate a person in the area or a person passing by.
Prevention of Air Pollution
4. (a) A person shall not cause any massive or unreasonable pollution of the air, from any source whatsoever, if the pollution is difficult to deal with or likely to agitate a person in the area or a person passing by.
(b) Air pollution, for the purposes of this section – means pollution arising from smoke, gas, fumes, dust or such.
