Our law firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance law in Israel, was established in 1981 by Adv. Rachel Levitan, and is at the top of the leading firms in this field.
Over the years, we have been involved in major insurance cases tried in Israel and our leading partners have precedents in their name.

Our partners attend and lecture in international conferences, as well as to local and foreign insurers and brokers. Our senior partner, Adv. Peggy Sharon, was elected as the President of the International Association for Insurance Law, AIDA, in which 45 countries are members.
Our annual conferences for the Israeli insurance market are well attended by representatives of all Insurers and major brokers, adjusters and consultants (over 300 guests in each annual gathering).

We act for almost all Israeli insurers, as well as for foreign insurers and reinsurers operating in Israel.
The range of services provided by us includes defence litigation work on all claim types including Class Actions.
We also provide monitoring services, legal opinions regarding Israeli laws, interpretation of policies based on these laws, regulatory work and claims handling services (T.P.A.) which include both technical and legal aspects.
