This department, headed by Adv. Dror Zamir and Adv. Oded Cederboim handles the defence of Insured entities sued for damage caused by their alleged breach of legal liability, negligence and/or other tortious causes of action. In addition, this department handles subrogation claims on behalf of Israeli and foreign Insurers, against the tortfeasors.
This department headed by Adv. Tammy Greenberg provides legal advice to insurers, insurance brokers and companies who wish to sell services in Israel, regarding compliance with regulatory requirements, drafting of insurance policies, examining forms and procedures, etc.
The firm’s Subrogation Team is headed by Adv. Oded Cederboim. The team represents Insurers (local and foreign) in subrogation claims against other Insurers and tortfeasors.
The firm’s Class Action Litigation Department is headed by Adv. Tammy Greenberg. The department includes two teams: (a) Monitoring of Product Liability Class Action claims which are covered by Insurance Policies.
