Career:

In recent years, following the development of the High-Tech industry in Israel, special insurance products relating to the said industry were developed. Addy built up a team which specializes in these products.

Addy is involved in drafting opinions relating to coverage, as well as in the handling of PI claims against High Tech & Multimedia companies.

Many of these cases are resolved in a settlement whereby Addy takes an important active role as the representative of the Insurer.

In addition, Addy handles complex D&O claims, including EPL claims involving multiple jurisdictions, Securities Claims and Liquidators’ claims. Said situation creates substantial insurance issues, such as who is entitled to the insurance benefits, priorities of entitlement and coverage, etc. – all within Addy’s expertise.

Addy also handles FI claims, and has developed expertise in BBB Insurance, Venture Capital Insurance and Investment Houses Insurance Policies.

Addy lectures regularly in academic forums as well as before members of the Insurance Industry both in Israel and abroad.
